How come we are expected to be loyal to Medtronic but that loyalty is not reciprocated? We are treated as an expense instead of an investment. We can be laid off at any point without a good reason or explanation, but somehow in all of that, we’re supposed to be loyal? Sc--w that.

Agree, most folks are so bland and miserable, they like to say they have a backbone. Smart, Cool people with dignity drop like flies and some even find a way to get RIFed, sometimes you are worth mor$ dead than alive.
Wake up, 90% of these people are a Bunch of racist, Ageists, midwestern squared minds pretending to like rainbow flags and woke agendas for a decent DEI global score…

Loyalty to a company is waning as more workers leave for opportunities and a better work-life balance because they value personal growth and happiness at work.

That's every company, everyone should always be interviewing, networking, and have an up to date resume.
It was pretty disturbing to watch the group of people who were RIFed (aka fired but with perks) all be women over 40. Then the next day we had a group DEI meeting about how important retention is to Medtronic...Sickening
