Does anyone know if the RIFd employee gets the MIP in the severance check or separate?

They are paid separately. MIP amount will depend upon your last day with MDT and severance will be process after you sign off their agreement releasing MDT of any wrongdoing. 🙄

If you left voluntarily prior to fiscal year end, you are not owed a mip

Good question, maybe you get a pro rated MIP, but I always heard you had to be employed until May 1st or part of this years RIF. July 19th you'll know sure ..... IMHO

What about those who left (on my own accord) in early/mid April? Should I expect anything to come? I heard at one point I’d still get a percentage but not sure if that’s true, plus my old team pretty much got dismantled right after QE.

It's well known to be July 19th. I left early May. Call benefits team on July 17th and they will provide you a copy of your paycheck via email.

Left Medtronic at the beginning of May. Didn’t receive MIP yet. It was this day in the last year.
Maybe something did change? Did anyone receive the MIP yet?
