Laying off experienced and competent people and replacing them with much cheaper and clueless freshmen. They’ll end up with no one left to show the newcomers the ropes. Let alone the fact that many good guys in the field feel so underappreciated that they leave on their own in droves. But what do I know? I guess people do not make up companies anymore.
