Does the Mass Markets part of the company bring in revenue and are they profitable?

MSFT or TMUS most likely but they don't want it until after someone else buys the rest of MM first. Will have to be a two part deal with two buyers.

What Goldman meant was sell the whole company! The issue isn't the company here. It's current mgmt and the board that's the real issue!

"Apollo is Teeing up to buy LUMEN"

Makes sense. Didnt they buy the UK side of Lumen? I figured they would get the rest of it for pennies on the dollar eventually.
I was hoping for a se-y owner..like Goog, Msft, Tmobile.
Apollo? Just a bunch of evil rich pricks with a boring brand no one knows.

At this point let anyone buy LUMN, whether it's Apollo, Google, TMUS or MSFT. Painful to watch the demise of this company in slow motion!

Goldman said what? OK, then all you stockholders should sell now, put your market orders in today. You sell and I will buy. Less for you and more for me.

“The stock price is a good indicator about the health of the company, so you should care. You wouldnt be a good chess player as It sounds like you dont really think a few steps ahead. Knowing your company is sinking will help you shape your future decisions when it comes to your career...such as if you started looking for another job in a healthier company to continue to provide for your family. It sounds like you'll just wait until they turn off the lights, do a Patrick Star and wonder, whered everyone go?”

Im amazed you know a stranger on the internet so well. My biggest decision is how long I want to work. Do I retire in the fall? Do I wait for the year to roll over and get another 5 weeks of vacation then retire? Maybe I go another year and get another raise next June. See, the stock can goto a penny and it doesn’t affect me. I’ll leave whenever I want. But do go on and tell me how I should be preparing for my future.

Is this the same Goldman that played an active part in the 08 Financial Crisis and then needed a tax payer bailout?? These are the experts you are so beholden to....guess were the blockheads that can't think 2 steps ahead because you don't care enough about the stock price! If we could get all these so called "experts" in one room together, all the world's problems would be fixed...give us a break on the "mother henning" eehhhh?!?!

The pseudo posting Black Rock having sold its "full stake" must have an SEC link-which doesn't exist-to prove such blatant lie, right?

That pseudo should be held accountable for such misinformation of pertinent financial data, especially while attempting to scare employees struggling to make it through the ongoing transition which may include further cuts.

On a more pleasant note, if they do so in the short term, maybe it an indication that the company is abandoning "their" WOKE policies in order to enable them to start producing Ungodly Revenues like the Network was always built to produce.

Maybe BR is even swapping their stake with Buffett, Gates, or how about Larry Ellison?

a Few indications this was coming was BlackRock Selling their stake in the company. they owned 14% of the company in March and then all of a sudden poof got rid of all the equity in lumen.
When a big name like Blackrock runs away it is something we need to notice.

As an employee I couldn’t care less about the stock price. Doesn’t affect my pay or benefits at all. I come to work and go home every day whether it’s 1.00 or 100.00.

No, an employees responsibility is to do the job in front of them to the best of their abilities with the resources provided, not what the market values us at! The internal disfunction is a clear reflection on the SLT, no more than that. It is the disfunction that leadership has put in place and continues to add to with every New Director and group they create.

"Who cares? Take it to Yahoo."

Id--t. If you are an employee at this company you should be concerned about the stock price whether or not you invest in it.

Given that the downward trend in this stock began in 2010, the Goldman alert comes about 14 years too late.
