I don't know if there's anybody still reading this after being laid off, but if the answer is yes (or if somebody is still in touch with those who were laid off) can you share with us please how your job search is going? Are people able to find new jobs easily or has it been a struggle? Just to know what to prepare for if I'm next.

Job market is bad. It will take some time to find a good role that pays at par, if not more.
Take your time to find a job where you will thrive and grow. Start by listing the top companies you aspire to work for. Use LinkedIn to search for connections and explore networking groups, either online or through your alumni network. Don't hesitate to ask your MDT colleagues, friends, and family for 1-2 introductions. This process might take some time, but it's an investment in your future success. Best of luck on your journey!
2vif+1tiCzgMQ I’m curios on your networking strategy. Were you reaching out to people you knew, reaching out to new people through LinkedIn? I would love to know more.
I am not finding anything and RiseSmart stink
Was networking my butt off and found position in 3 weeks. Also received some call backs. But I was fully focused on networking and LinkedIn optimization. Good Luck!
You must have great luck because I'm having a hard time finding a job. A lot of people got laid off; therefore, there are more competition for few open jobs.
Fortunately MDT still has cache in the medical industry. All companies will see that as a positive especially if you have a decent tenure and you can demonstrate progress in your career.
Personally I took 6 weeks off for travel and family time and shut off all emails and texts/social media/etc…. best form of mental health there is! Came back with a clear mind and purpose and focus on the job search like a project (break down the necessary steps, reached out to contacts and former coworkers/competition, etc….). And now I’m deciding between 2 job offers.
Good luck on the job search. You’re going to be Ok!
