Long ago Batelaan the EVP and VP Stotzki/Stolzki pushed "managed services" as delivered by Meraki and Versa SDWAN etc appliances. Do those customers stay happy with Lumen over the long term? Was aware of customers leaving over them believing that what they were told they would get vs. what they actually got represented close to a bait and switch.

Yes, OUR Managed Services, lose customers. Just like any venture would when your not ready to go to market. Baffling the way this company is Lead and Managed anymore...Running roughshod and abusing your workforce to try and appease the almighty investor is a losing game, proved many times over.
Why they pushed Versa SASE was mind boggling. Fortinet was a vastly superior product, but I guess the margins were much better going with Versa.
Not surprising. Sales teams in this company are desperate and a bunch of liars doing whatever it takes to land a sale. But why would that surprise anyone? We all work for a penny stock company.
