Not just EM but all CEOs seem to be out of control. No matter how profitable they want more layoffs and more outsourcing. This is the reality so you just have to find a job that can’t be outsourced.

It’s only going to get worse when we have a European for CEO. Wonder why we have so many foreigners from Europeans in executive positions? They offshored the work of their friends and then had no job left in country for themselves so they go moved to the US to do the same here.

We mainly need a 30% reduction in Executives. XOM must limit executive promotions and thus also reduce CL 28 to 29 promotions...Since there are fewer needs for developing executives. One way do do that is to promote more people from LC10 countries to executive...and put limits on HC10 executive promotions. We could easily cut the executive headcount by 30% over the next 4 years. Simply freezing CL 29 to CL 30 promotions would help alot because it leaves higher performers in the CL 28-29 Rank group and thus more CL 28 to 29 will fall to a low ranking and could be PIP'd

If the Executives do not think this would be viable, then their whole BTC transition philosophy is debunked.
