XBS is now Xerox internal. No more they are profitable, know what they are doing, can make decisions, they are now part of Xerox Corporation, free game to be laid off, don't need you, can't afford you. Has anyone thought of a way to increase impressions 80% of Xerox revenue?

Yes...it was announced more layoffs in July and some were informed Friday, June 28th. There really is no "reinvention". This process all started with Ursula Burns. If you are older you may remember the presidential campaign of Ross Perot. He flat out stated "do you hear that whoosh sound. It is American jobs being outsourced to other countries". That was when ...1993 or so. This is when it all started to change. The goal for Xerox, if there actually is one, is for all VP's etc and service techs to be in the U.S. and ALL work support off shore. If there is any issue...good luck getting it resolved via a service ticket. It might takes days or weeks to get resolved. BUT...there will be a cheaper workforce.
