Brokerage All-Hands Meeting - Anyone Else Attend?

Just wondering if anyone else caught Bob's all-hands meeting earlier this week? Couldn't attend this meeting but there's not much chatter about it. There's a lot going on at the company right now with the changes and the upcoming return to office policy, so I was hoping to get a sense of what others took away from it.

One part of the meeting that particularly piqued my interest was the leadership Q&A. They brought up a group of 3-4 new leaders, who sat together and answered questions. I'm curious to hear what others thought about this format and what's your take on these new breed of leaders. any impressive one?

Here's what I'm wondering:

Leadership Transparency: Did it feel like a genuine attempt to introduce the new leadership and their vision, or more like a staged presentation?

Thought Process of New Leaders: What kind of insights did they share? Did they address any of the current concerns or challenges we're facing?

Employee Sentiment: How did others feel about this approach? Did it inspire confidence in the new direction, or leave you with more questions?

Trying to get a read on the overall mood and how everyone else is feeling about these changes, especially with the pressure to return to the office.

Why doesn't Abby get her snaggletooth teeth fixed. She has a lot of money, but can't pay NM the same as other sites.

Switched from Wealth to Brokerage. What ppl think about Tom & Bob and their directs? Roger made a direct comment in his quartely --- come 2 weeks if you want to keep your job . If you need career then come more than 2 weeks. Not sure if the leadership is same in Brokerage or better/worse. Seems that everything is driven by the big sister now-a-days and these folks are just following the orders.

I came from FI which often feels like a dumpster fire, so for me this meeting was interesting. I did enjoy the idea for project "pods" and did feel there was a bit more honestly in some of the thought process than what I was used to hearing over on the other side.
But time will tell.

What new leadership - same people they keep on reshuffling? Bob and his directs have been working on new model for more than a year and what we get is sound bites in these sessions - virtual huge teams , cofounder , initiative owner ..what does all this means ? There is so much confusion and rumors currently with SLs role, people jumping to new BU or leaving fidelity if they can

This has to be Bob or HR. Well Bob, go back and tell the wicked witch of the East and the Grim Reaper that you can try to lip stick up the Frankenstein, but we all know it’s about preserving profits for the family office and unless we standup and fight you will keep squeezing the juice out of the lemon. It’s time to let the geriatrics retire.
