In a huddle, we were told that layoffs will not be occurring, but I've been noticing in Finesse that our site had dropped half of the agents that it used to have at the peak of the day. Can anyone else confirm a shortage of agents on the phones?

I have been watching the slack channel numbers in certain groups. One is called mega support and within this month it went from 680 to yesterday 630 and I’m also seeing smaller numbers almost daily in our channels. It might be more silent lay offs.
I think LPS is cutting some people today
My team has a huddle coming up will update here...
So without saying too much can anybody confirm if this is a digital team are these agents remote I'm guessing they're not in the office so those of us that it may happen to can expect it
What I mentioned is happening to CS Agents and I don't want to put out the dept, just know that it is a small department.
what teams were they on?? HCR? So Customer Service? Phone? Digital?
My friend just got fired, she was not on a PIP. The reason was HCR not meeting the minimum for the month. This was done without warning today.
I can confirm this is happening, 4 people in my team let go. All tenured agents. Our work is going to overseas agents that work tickets. If you are in a dept that works tickets, polish your resume.
I wish I had an answer for the lack of agents on phones. But back on April 17th a bunch of phone/flex agents were laid off and shorty after digital agents were told they would be backing up phones for the wayday sale, but they were scheduled phones for almost that whole month all day everyday. This is with them being told they are still primarily digital. However they have since hired a bunch of CS that are all part time for phones, the first group was late in May and there were 2 more teams hired in June for the same thing. Part time phones. The move I think that will happen is anyone left on the US digital team is either going to be moved permanently back to phones or given the same option the last CS agents had of going part time or 2 weeks severance. Any large layoff that would pay a decent severance is not going to include CS in my opinion. We are too low on the list to be allowed to have anything more then the bare minimal.
