I have not received RSUs (Restricted Stock Units) this year yet, not sure if it is because I was not selected (happens often) or because they have not given the RSUs yet. Does anybody know? thank you

The strike date for RSUs is around June 7, 8, 9 and you would have received an email to accept the Ts & Cs before the RSUs were released to you.
A great question which will never get answered by AK. AK failed to provide reasonable answers when introducing the RBA garbage that he and IBM HR were trying to shovel down to the IBM employees in 2023. So how good a job do you think he and his incompetent executive leadership will do when it comes to answering about giving out RSUs in 2024 ? Expect nothing unless you are a most favored AK Executive boot li---r or JG Consulting Partner and Con Artist from India who gets away with doing fake Powerpoint presentations about pie-in-the sky AI and IBM Cloud which bring in ZERO dollar revenue.
