Aren’t the sales people supposed to have new compensation plans for July 1st?

There’s an internal meeting regarding the new comp plan for NE sales leaders tomorrow.
No one here cares.
Here’s the new 4 part compensation plan … same as it’s been since 2000…
Part 1: You handle sales and a budget, mange billings, collections, credit, operational sc--w ups, service issues, fix Value Quix, etc.
Part 2: We will pay you as little as possible and less than year before.
Part 3: you will now have to produce 50-100% more to make the same amount you did the year before.
Part 4: Lather, rinse & repeat.

I hear this every couple of months...It hasn't happened, and until it does, just keep rolling.
