Thoughts on “the workshop”? It is a good place to add ideas, but none of the Resideo leaders are engaged. Every new product we try to develop has its schedule cut in half so no new ideas end up in a product.

This workshop has been the d-mbest initiative undertaken. In the years it’s been running there hasn’t been a single idea that’s been made a product. All that happens is a bunch of people give motivational speeches like their preaching the lords word.
“Innovation” in resideo is very poorly managed. The faukman guy has to take the award for fast talking bullsh-t. Someone get rid of him already.
Follow the money, workshops are created and run by contractors who kick back money to the people who hire them.
