Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

What's Next?

Now the the VRP have been offered, does anyone know what's next? I've heard rumors of a Division Re-Org from 4 to 6, but not a lot of details or concrete evidence.

Frito has 6 regions so it makes sense for Pepsi to go to 6 divisions! That way everything matches and we can go from separate entities to one giant org with one management structure while cutting dual roles and dead weight!

@pqb+1tZWHyVs - It so is an age-targeting offer.

@mny+1tZWHyVs - The notice showed 55+ with 10 years pension, or 65+ with 5 years. I'm sorry.

Reorg from 4 to 6 they are not going to add. I look for pepsi to go to 3 west, central & east frito only has 3.

Is the VRP only for 55 and above? What if I am tenured but not 55, can I opt for VRP?

Save that VRP email somewhere. Sure sounds like an age targeting layoff
