Just got 7% pay increase.

Ppl who run side gigs without informing the HR must let go first
This company is a joke. You set your goals, and your manager reviews them, but it doesn't seem to matter. Mid-year, you go over them again, only to find that your performance accounts for just 5% of your bonus. Your pay increase isn't even decided by your manager—it's up to HR, and that happens nine months after your review. Why would anyone with good qualifications stay here unless they’re also running a side gig like me? LOL
Yep. Interesting timing, I'm sure some who were considering the VSP might change their mind now. I'm not sure why they would mention it before the VSP email goes out.
