Not going change what's happening but interesting the ELT hadn't sent a company wide communication out about the leak

They didn’t acknowledge the last one either until during the Cisco Beat after the earnings call.
Chuck was big mad about it too. Can't wait to see his reaction at the next Beat. I'll probably watch that one live just so I don't have to wait for the recorded session.
Quiet period. They aren't going to acknowledge anything. But that said, they also did a rush job LR plan to avoid leaks, so they probably don't care.
Announced market close Wednesday.
Notification Thursday.
Managers (all the way up to Grade 14s) don't have a say in the last and this layoff. It's at VP level. VPs hand out their decisions down to directors to execute, so forth. Then once VPs do their layoff orders, the SVP will release their VP level LRs.
The lack of addressing the media reports makes us employees look foolish. I understand the legal aspect, but we're all just dangling at the whims of executives.

What leak ?
I don’t think they are going to say anything at all until after earnings unfortunately.
They're too incompetent to know any better. This is yet another "every manager must name X candidates" type of layoffs. Zero strategy, no vision. Complete imbeciles.
