For example, if you get hired as an AVP, what E-level does that translate to?

E02 is typically an Associate VP which is a level below a VP. Directors can be AVP, VP or even L12s which is below an AVP. These are also based on the corporate titles as opposed to Market titles which are different in the US than in Canada. In the US and E02 is an SVP for a Market title. It's all very muddy.
