Worried S&TO, SBG and CX will take brunt of the planned cuts on Aug 15th. LRs are incredibly stressful, we never really know if our divisions, groups and/or teams are delivering what ELT wants or if they even have visibility of how we add direct value…
If you see new calendar invite from director ...then 99% you get laid off. I was there...and experienced it. fyi.
Does anyone in the know have any idea if this is going to impact contractors in Canada or what departments are likely to get affected?

Nobody cares at this point , Cisco and Intel are 2 companies which are done and dusted, there is no hope with this absolutely pathetic Cisco ELT team. Absolute joke of a company laying of people every 6 months for years, they also have a nerve to send best place to work survey few weeks back what a joke of a company. We employees are like cattle who can be sla-ghtered anytime they wish. Effing motherfu-kers.
