My team has decided to resign all at the same time after today’s news. 10/10 members of the team all gone at the same time. We simply refuse to take any more work for 1 or 2 folks that constantly get cut from the team in the name of investing in growth areas which is not what this company is doing. Good luck to you guys, hoping you guys are all safe.
BTW, we are going to start our own company soon which we have been discussing for quite some time. More this later.

This has south asian pefume all over it. They like this type of stories.
I have worked with them a lot (sick of it actually) and I can smell them even by writing. There is a certain metric and rythm in their stories and argumentation that betrays them as soon as they start saying something. Their social interactions are often based on exagerations like this one, meant to make the point and to help them prevail. Their societies are highly competitive due to scarcity of opportunities and resources reported to their large numbers. This mentality leads to huge distorsions and oddities in everything they do and say. It is so common among themselves that they dont even realize that what they say or do looks and smells like a blatant lie from day one. Too bad because there are lots of fine people among them, well educated and who can be real good colleagues and friends. The others simply hurt everybody's reputation and poison the world around them with toxic behaviour. This one here is a malign example but I have seen others way worse
