Please, Ford, be a follower and announce leadership changes.

I can’t tell if these random pro DF comments are delusional acolytes or DF himself. What has DF done to earn a promotion? He hasn’t delivered on anything.
Someone once told me that Ford alternates CEO between internal and external hires. Mullaly was external, then Fields an internal, Hackett then Farley. If the pattern holds, the next CEO will be an external person.
Putting DF in a higher leadership position would be the optimal Ford action.
GMs new leaders are tenured employees. They were marked for positions years ago. Ford has never invested seriously in succession planning. Look at how Ford promotes to higher levels by bringing in outsiders who must then adjust to an auto industry learning curve. Ford has always had the internal talent but has failed to identify and utilize it.
What’s wrong with the 2.7L on the F150?
I know they are not the best for towing, but they seem to be running fine.
Amend can go as well but who are we kidding. The C suite has the vision, its us workers who just arent getting the job done.
Bill fires Farley then retires. Get rid of all BOD who are DEI and climate scam degenerates.
F150. The coyote motor is great but put back in a push rod motor with VCT and cut cost to Ford and the customer. Get rid of the 2.7l and replace with 3.0l v6 based on 3.5l architecture. Or just get rid of 2.7L. Twin Turbos are expensive motors and replacing turbos are expensive. I would never own a turbo motor long term.
Thoughts?
GM just rearranged some caddy deck chairs and sent off an old guard 40+ years of service guy.
What’s wrong with Stern? He’s only been here like 3 months
Don't forget the fat CV LL3 in GA. Can him
Mr Ford has said many times that this is the strongest leadership team he has ever seen at FoMoCo. We won't be seeing any changes. We will keep moving forward. We saw how many years it took for the Lions to improve. This isn't a sprint but a marathon.
and adas ED
We need replacements for Bill Ford, Farley, Fields, Stern, and 2/3 of the BOD, or nothing improves.
