In 2020 TCH had a quiet but notable layoff and has been laying off employees since. This 1,000 number is way higher. Nobody is safe, nurses, techs, etc. At this point, nurses will be PT/OT, HR, and housekeeping. Leave TCH while you can, and return when they ACTUALLY restructure. It might actually be too late... TCH might get bought out by another hospital or investor.
