Read this article and see if you identify any products (other than partner software) OJ mentions that Avaya will be selling to customers to help them transition to modern next gen, I can’t. NoJitter, despite its modest beginnings, now appears to be financially dependent on companies like Avaya. This relationship may compromise their objectivity, potentially leading them to present even significant setbacks as positive developments.
Similarly, the analysts currently focused on Avaya seem to have a vested interest in the company's success, and Avaya pays them well for that. Their comfortable positions may be tied to Avaya's fortunes, potentially influencing their willingness to offer critical perspectives.
