Anyone see Geoff’s recent LinkedIn post about the partnership in the Diabetes sector with Abbott? Any insights onto what this might mean?

This partnership isn’t strange. Diabetes is a sh-t show. The one thing MDT has is a customer base to sell, in a partnership, to extract more money and aid in a market exit. The company isn’t owned by millions of shareholders, it’s a few capital sources. The suite and bod works for themselves.
What’s even more strange is that Abbott is our competitor in multiple therapies including diabetes, cardiovascular, and neuromodulation.
According to Medtechdive and other sources, Abbott will develop a continuous glucose monitor for exclusive use with MDT insulin delivery devices!!! Unbelievable! So many experienced engineers have been laid off that MDT must cut expensive deals with major competitors in order to innovate in our supposed core competencies! ...while Geoff and Ken P fly around in the jet to important AI meetings. GMs entire speech at the U of M STEM graduation should be retracted. Lewis Black should do a commentary on this travesty on the Daily Show.
