IT department is very Generic word.
They he-l lot of team which handle IT.
I can suggest HARNESS NEXT Gen one of team which need re-valuation if it is need revamp or not.
STS, CAT another big org which needs revaluation.

Hey client - not sure the "doers" are responsible for all the $HIT right now - start with the higher ups EC/CEO/people leaders- bring in some new blood with new ideas. There are plenty if new ideas floating around but management likes the status quo - Schwab manages by concensus - so that is why nothing ever changes because no ONE person can influence or make a decision.

Schwab should just shut down. Even their own employees can't stand the place. Not sure why clients choose to stay there.

Well ,there could various different reasons. Ultimately I think the decisions that are best for business will be along with the doodie in my bootie and taking a big picture view I can understand the feelings of uncertainty. But there really should not be any panic fro the workforce at large because based on my experience things will turn out fine.

Many of us agree. At least the CIO, CTO, SVP/O and their reports. We lost a lot of talent over the years in layoffs and harassment.

Unfortunately the competition isn't much better so few vote with their feet. Unless the customers leave and have sufficient AUM going out with them nothing will change.
