Has anyone heard the latest rumours of Aramco moving the entire Dhahran HQ to Riyadh?

This rumor is as old as time
Some areas will move but unlikely all of HQ. Parts of downstream, trading, retail areas, parts of finance are candidates too. The Aramco building in the CBD is mostly empty.
Closer to the real seats of power.
It wouldn't be surprising. I am surprised that it hasn't already happened.
