can't imagine the responses this year will be positive. morale is at an all time low. people are leaving for competitors left and right. c-suite is only focused on short-term optics and no long-term strategy.

I didn't do the survey. I refuse to do it. These things aren't anonymous. If you answer honestly, then you can be seen as a hindrance...and I'll be darned if I answer all fluffy and rainbows. I don't plan on being here longer than I need to be anyways.

I have no anchor holding me down at my location and am at the point where I could very easily jump ship with any of these offers, so i answered my survey with brutal honesty - mostly negative
The survey is the equivalent of “does this dress make me look fat?”. As much as I want to boycott the survey you can’t not respond to your lady or you’ll be in just as much trouble. Answer accordingly if you want to not jeopardize your job.

From a current employee, things you will never see in the survey
- It's changed even more. They installed ceiling LED lighting, and everything looks white. People are complaining of stress and headaches. When you enter first thing in the morning It's like walking into instant white bright light. I now where my sunglasses on entry. By the end of the year, all or most of the original ITT personnel will be gone, and there will be no more electronic knowledgeable people like us. The place reeks of disaster. The partitions in the office area are falling apart, the btr floor is coming apart, the hallway is filthy, and people are coming down with pink eye because no one is cleaning handles and black filthy doors I don't touch anything....
To be honest, those surveys have never been worth a damn. The hierarchy at L3 Harris does not care what the rank and file thinks. The surveys are not anonymous either. If you're concerned about being part of an RIF in October you would do well to give a nice survey. Treat the company the way they treat you. lie to them.
