Cheapest way to get people to quit. They really don't care if you come back or not. It's about making employees so miserable and so dread coming to the office that they would rather quit and find a job closer to home.

Schwab would love to punish us all in the name of a few. It’s the logic used, in part, to defend RTO.

There are dashboards tracking in day attendance. Address lack of adherence with those not adhering. Simple.

JC just said RTO as-is is working and meeting goals, but nothing is permanent and the people not adhering 100% to the agreed upon RTO policies are jeopardizing the 2 days we do get to work remote.

People managers not people managing.

Not happening at Schwab and gives false hope to those who yearn for it. There is too much real estate to sit empty and our leaders want us in the office.

Unfortunately this is about as far away from a tech company as it gets. I&O is anything but...

They will play with employee lives until they can't.

Forced quitting, unfunded relocation, constructive discharge, miserable tasks. As long as it comes with a seven figure salary and huge bonus with no accountability they'll keep going.
