“Staff who are mediocre” is the definition for 99.99% of the contractors and consultants, ironically.
Senior management wants to do more cost cutting and have been asked to identify for next round of layoffs. Everybody is sc--wed or will be equally sc--wed. First we got rid of useless non performers then oldies now staff who are mediocre
