Yes, those that jumped ship in March 2024 knew their was a bullseye on their back were quickly replaced by workers in Costa Rica. Ireland workers? All moved to Bulgaria. I expect many more USA workers to be given the heave-ho. "But but, we handle government websites and they have to be manned by American's." Yes, they will employ 5 people to handle them, and outsource everything else. I know of a huge energy company that off shored everything except the government stuff. 5 people run it. Everything else is done in Latin America.

It's called "ripping the IBM Client off" and it happens all the time in IBM Consulting, and other divisions of IBM too. That's why IBM has so many lawsuits for breach of contract. But no one in IBM's Legal Department will ever 'fess up to that. That's what NDAs are meant for. LOL !

It's bad enough when the "inexperienced IBMer" is in sales. Imagine how the customer feels when that person is in consulting and other services, allegedly serving that customer...
