Get your clown noses on before starting your lawsuit.

Seriously - if you think other companies are significantly better, what are you doing here?

Work oftentimes su-ks.

Learn your job. Learn what your peers are doing. Just keep learning. Rest of it will take care of itself - here, or at another company.

I will say that the other comments on NOT going to HR are dead-on correct.

HR is not your friend. They exist to protect the company’s interests - not yours.

Let me know where to sign up for the class action. There is power in numbers. Get it going, the timing is perfect.

HR is there to work alongside of Legal and protect PepsiCo, not the employee. PBC HR/Legal enables horrible behaviors by managers with huge egos that think they can do whatever they want and get away with it. Instead of dealing with the Manager and their righteous club, that you are not a part of” they figure out a way to get rid of you and protect that person. The cycle will never end. There are different rules for managers who are connected and you are powerless against it. If you call speak up, they will figure out who you are and document you as trouble. Then they will put a full court press to get rid of you.

Investigate how many lawsuits exist against PepsiCo for wrongful termination. They don’t care. They bet on the fact that you won’t hire legal representation because you would be going up against a huge corporation. So document everything. Keep record of anything that is done that is an ethics violation. You never know when it will be on you to defend yourself.

There are so many better companies to work for. You only believe it is a good place to work if you are part of the inside click. But beware, one minute you are in and then management changes and now you are no longer in.

So toxic. Don’t fall for the gaslighting. You can do better. There is better organizations who actually care about their employees vs just saying they do because it gets them awards for diversity and best place to work. Protect your mental health!

PepsiCo is toxic. Employed almost 27 years and was forced into early retirement. Mexico now performs my job and many of my counterparts jobs as well. A 5 minute zoom call ended a 26.5 year career. Their reasoning, “we have to keep the investors happy”. They care ZERO about their employees, ZERO. If your numbers up, it’s up!

I feel sorry for those who are still giving PepsiCo their all.

@djb+1tP9zbxp we know most of senior leadership was corrupt starting from Indira. She single handedly started the train of Indianization of the company to benefit her own country people. It is in front of all to see. Indians everywhere.
They talk of diversity - what diversity when it is all Indians?

Speak up has been we-ponized to layoff frontline and middle management. There are of corrupt high level executives. Self dealing, kickbacks and money laundering. They move them to other countries or they are invited to retire.

Google Monica Bauer, allegations of money laundering for her corrupt husband who is a judge, indicted and all. She is friends with powerful people in the company and is well connected in her country. She and her husband got the ruling overturned and dodged conviction. Now she has a nice job in purchase as SVP of DEI, living outside of the limelight in the house she bought in Greenwich with her allegedly laundered money. It's in the newspapers. They did a great job scrubbing the internet using PR agencies.

Simon had a similar fate, he departed the company though.

Pepsi is the least hostile place to work in the country. Its gotten so soft on the frito side people complain when you ask them to perform in the job they're paid to do. Get over yourself

Do not use the speak up line. Do not talk to HR. They are not there to help you and if you do talk to them it will be used against you.
