Those corporate fat cats aren't just replacing our jobs with AI - they're shipping them all the way to India! Every aspect of IT is being snatched away from hardworking Americans and handed over to offshore workers.
Sure, these greedy might save a few bucks in the short term, but they'll pay through the nose when the shoddy work starts piling up. Selling out our own people for a quick profit. Makes my blood boil to see our tech industry gutted like this. What a pathetic, shortsighted disaster!
Customer service was also moved to Mexico. I still have contact with my previous grocer buyers, they constantly complain how the Mexico team is incompetent, and do not have great communication, and are just rude.
They've been trying to do this for 10 yrs but can't seem to get it right, wonder why!
Stop supporting the company. You're going to be outsourced, so they have no loyalty and neither should you. That goes for brand loyalty too when buying groceries.
@OP+1tOXvPGw - Mama Indira was solely responsible for benefiting her own country and country people. She single handedly took this company as an Indian run and owned company. Her husband was in with the outsourcing companies.

Payroll is the same, India & Mexico and having managers process the requests for off shore to do the work. 20 years doing payroll and I watch it fail everyday. Managers not processing on time or the correct way, Mexico employees are incompetent. Turn over is so high and upper management has no idea why we have the turnover.
