Another dismal Quarter’s performance and the stock price at an all time low, shouldn’t the Board look to replace the CEO

Mgt only cares about window dressing. They’ll get their 3 yrs of pillage in and like clockwork, leave. Even they are seeing it as simply a paycheck—albeit, a larger one. They picked SAP for innovation after yrs of analysis. Wow. So smart. Patent that!
If you take the word “Xerox” off the Town Hall stream, an outsider would literally have no idea what the firm does, sells. It could have applied to tires, rockets, lemonade. You’d have no idea from Town Hall what the firm does.
This being Xerox, they are probably giving themselves larger bonuses as approved by the lame duck board of directors .
When we have a COO that can't say or spell Xerography AND when we have a CEO that touts AI like we'll be a big dog in the space, I'd say they are the problem with the company.
Yes the CEO & COO are the problem. They have decimated this company and there is now no going back to the old Xerox.
Happy you losers disagree.
Boo hoo for the xeroes.
the board is looking for a new CEO and COO

They should all be embarrassed but, no!
They’ll just keep taking the money they have not earned.
JV in his current state would do less harm than the clowncar C levels
Can we get Johnny V back?
6 years and he accomplished nothing. One would think it’s time. But he pays them and they pay him. These days all you have to do is loudly insist you are a success and people seem to believe it. His LI posts are insipid. There is not one senior person who can explain “reinvention”. From where I sit it means fire people until the money runs out. Some of the Kool Aid drinkers I work will are going to be shocked when it does…
You really think the CEO is the problem?
