Kroger is laying off hundreds of US customer service personnel in favor of hiring overseas vendors do do the job.
I know because I'm one of them being fired.

SFC gives pressure on their franchises to work long hours and want free money from their franchises to charge them 40% for entire sale for every week, 2% for insurance with no coverage for every week, 20% for franchises fee every year for entire sale plus the franchises have to pay for their products. So how much left for franchises to take home. Kroger gives more job for SFC’s franchises to work harder than before. That why Kroger layoffs their employees.

Kroger is disgusting by doing this, used us to train the cheap oversea labors and then is firing us, lost all respect from us. Not worth any loyal diligent domestic employees working there. Kroger is cheap to their employees and will be providing cheap
Services to the customers, going downhill.
Three weeks ago I found out that my department at KASH, Kroger Accounting Services, Hutchinson is being outsourced to Infosys and as of October 4th, I am unemployed. The gaslighting and smokescreens leading up to this were huge so I am screaming GET OUT while you can. Kroger does not deserve any American workers nor any confidence or respect from us either.
