Either ride the wave or look for another job now. No sense bi--hing. Be proactive in life. It’s a job, a means to an end. Quit making it your whole life. You’ll land on your feet come what may, if you make it happen.

Paying for offshore labor hurts our economy here in NA but boosts the economy overseas. They've done this to themselves by selling out.

The slowdown thats coming will be much worse than 2008. Furniture will be the last thing consumers will want to buy.

People move. People redecorate. This isn't 2008. They have no excuses. FYI she also sad that there will probably be more cost cutting for labor AND they are looking for funding. The debt is growing and sales are slow. All of the L1 feedback went in one ear and out the other. C Suite deserves this poor performance. It su-ks it's going to probably cost the onshore teams our jobs.

I love how she blames the housing market with high interest rates instead of high home prices, what we have right now is a normal interest rate. No one can afford to buy a home with prices more than doubling.
