we've lost lots of associates. they;re just walking out or not showing back up. i've lost about 12 since late last year. get it together belk.

I just left my store. Better pay, better schedule, and I only do one job!!
Everyone at my store is overworked, being given multiple Jobs. They actually have fired several associates in the last 6 months for various reasons, I think mostly for tardies and call outs because they’re tired of the harassment they get at work.
Well maybe if they didn't work the associates 9:45-6:45,or 11:15-8:16 everyday and they always make you work Friday, Saturday, and sunday.The managers work 7-3 and rarely work nights and weekends. Who has time to be with your family if your always at work.
