I have another job, but I'm only available every other Wednesday and every Thursday. Will walmart work with this availability or is it not worth applying? I'm just trying to pay off extra bills.

Leave Walmart for sure, the hours hasn’t been stable. Make sure wherever you go, they guarantee you full time hours.

go elsewhere. You have to be available weekends. Trust me don’t go to Walmart. They use and abuse you and treat you like cr-p

No, they will not work with you on a schedule like this. Besides, if you have a middle school diploma, you might be over qualified to work at Walmart.
IMO, doubtful. When hired, WM wants you married to them and them only. If they hire you, they will 'understand' your other schedule and then completely ignore it the 2nd week you work for them. Then write you up and fire you for not working the schedule they changed on you. Do Uber or deliver pizzas instead.
