Let’s get back to complaining on how much we hate working here. It’s more interesting than trying to predict a layoff.

" Mainly ticket teams RMT, CSO, RPOPs, B2B Platinum" considering these teams are already mostly BPO I highly doubt it!

Let's not start this Sh!t again around RIF rumours

At this point we all know we are taking a risk just working for this company. The fact that their actions show how little we all mean to the company speaks volumes. The agenda is being followed and all jobs will be over seas within the next 5 years, if not sooner. The owners have lost control of their own company and the investors are calling the shots. I have a feeling that the layoffs now will be much smaller so it won’t be broadcasted, but still make an impact in their numbers.

Yes. I’ve heard about August layoffs. I’ve heard about Feb, March, April, May, June, and July layoffs as well. I’ll hear about September layoffs, and October layoffs soon.

You can continue choosing to let these rumors affect you, or you can focus on what you can control i.e. current performance, upskilling, updating resumes, maybe even applying to some jobs where you don’t have to stress about company performance or other economic factors that drive layoffs. Good luck.
