What do we know about RTO?

I mean, there is a lot of gossip, but I don’t know anything for sure. Some of the RTO conditions I’m hearing might be in play sound rather designed for attrition purposes. Anybody have any reliable info? I’m definitely not looking forward to it. I don’t want to be maneuvered into leaving on my own just because RTO requirements are atrocious.

The problem is all the wrong people are leaving. The wrong corporate bands, wrong talent, loyal employees… who is going to do all the work? When everyone is gone, they’re gonna end up paying inflated fees to start the vicious co-source cycle all over again.

Exactly what it is- if they have a reason to rid you, they will. It's believed we have too many VPs, and they are downgrading many backfilled roles. They are also tracking violators of the attendance policy. People are being let go over it.
