You get spoken to everyday!!!! By at least 2 managers... You can sell $20k in one week and still be told you are under performing. Aye throw the white towel in 🤷

What a joke. In my store associates and managers are dropping like flys and the ones that are left don't care. They can't even staff the store. If they fire associates for no credits they will literally have 3 associates left. Another scare tactic from belk.

associates are dropping like flies because they quit, and so are managers. If you think for one second, Belk has a talent pool big enough to start firing people for not making credit, you are d-mber than I thought. Your just a shill trying to scare everyone. Lame.

I got the info straight from our store managers mouth at the morning meeting.
Half our store would be gone.
belk don;t have enough associates to fire. everyone is quitting anyway. nobody cares about this dumpster fire.
They will manage behavior....so if you are NOT actively selling credit....you could be in trouble....the credit card saved Belk without it they would not have gotten the loan...so credit is A BIG DEAL!!!
