I hate working here and all my colleagues. My manager is a biased bitter person who tends to give a leg-up to the people from his "home country". I'm already looking for jobs and I hope this company goes bankrupt.

I hate it here too. We get no assistance when we need it and even the L2s have given up.
Its same in all departments. The managers are bringing in the hierarchy and superiority culture. Instead of working as a team together, they define their team by category of L2 or L3 and so. Demoralizing and derogatory terms like who is less skillfull are used openly
He made me quit, he treated me like an outcast. Hes got his favorites and treats the other employees like dirt.
Did they move Digital to phones. Just this month we only got maybe a few hours in digital if we were lucky. No longer there tho.
I used to work there and I finally quit. Let me guess you’re talking about the manager over Digital?
I feel the same. I hate my job so fu--ing much. I got moved to phones and it is fu--ing miserable. We are underpaid, forced to handle multiple tasks and the metric system is not fair at all. I’ve been looking too and it’s so hard to find a job.
