I'm hearing that they'll require people to RTO even if they live 2, 3, 4 hours from a location, and if they say no- goodbye. They'll replace highly talented people with people with far less experience and talent, simply because they live close to an office location where none of the rest of their team reside, and end up sitting in a cubicle on Teams calls all day with people in other locations. Makes total sense, not!!

Dirty looks, "SHHH!" and general inconvenience is what we get. is A cubicle with some semblance of privacy is luxury we can only dream of.
