Thread regarding Nielsen layoffs

Working for Nielsen = Like buying a boat

Like buying and selling a boat, your two best days with Nielsen will be your first day and your last.

Was fortunate enough to part ways with the company recently, and can say looking back wished I would have left sooner. You realize how shady the management is even more once you leave, and hopefully I will never cross paths with them ever again.

Save yourself the stress and leave ASAP while figuring out another path forward. Nielsen is like an abusive spouse that once you break free from, you then realize how bad they were treating you. Good luck!

Nielsen is the absolute worst bottom feeders of the media industry.

The greasy mumble mouth CEO and those under him are like the Goonies. Can’t believe anyone in the media industry would put an ounce of faith into what these charlatans say or report out, but then again the entire media industry is sinking fast so go figure.

The best part has been not seeing KR, CP, JW or any of the MAWW team ever again. Working amongst those both desperate and toxic is just bad for the sole.

I could have written this myself! I got a new job 9 months ago and every single day I’m thankful I’m out of Nielsen! So incredibly shady and toxic. Just like a horrible ex!

I can say that I had a very similar experience. Nielsen's toxic environment does not deserve anyone's peace of mind. Free yourselves from the chains of misery. Godspeed.
