Looks like Ford is the next disaster story.

Quality cannot be inspected into a product. Blindly following a process cannot obtain it. Computer modeling will not magically ensure it.
Experience helps to avoid problems, but Ford has fired most of that because they were over 50 years old.
It takes a combination of these things.
