I have never seen such a reorg disaster. The number of teams, the number of people attending meetings, the number of people involved in strategies and decision-making have all quadrupled since Q4 '23.
Yet somehow with all these new teams, new job titles and internal mobility, with constant QBR Reporting, program planning, Teams updates, copilot summaries, readouts, runthroughs, powerpoints, artifacts, lead roles and digital networks, there are exactly zero net new individual contributors to do all the work.
How can this be? I want to know where this GCC stuff came from. It's crazytown. 0/10 definitely do not recommend.
