Xerox will go ch 11 due to their procedures so much bureaucracy. I have never had a request denied but need approval for everything. XBS once had some ability to make decisions but now can not make decisions. Old failed top down management system will be Xerox demise. Unless they wake up and ask employees how to improve the company and truly give workers empowerment to make decisions. That will not happen

You should see the bureaucracy involved in getting a machine replaced in the field. The customer's head is literally spinning from the re-signing of forms, amount of emails around the globe, and approvals it takes to move a machine. This was for a 10 year + customer.
Very few left in the company that remember that mantra/ directive
