Nickel and Dime couldn't be trusted to sit the right way on a toilet seat any better than AK and any of his pathetic executives. So she was probably fed tidbits of AK's regurgitated notes for the Fortune article. After all, she's not smart enough to string 5 words together.

AskHR is "widely used" and "handles 94% of inquiries" because there is no other alternative. Everyone chooses the chicken because it's the only dish on the menu. "Handles" doesn't mean it gives useful answers. The writer did the laziest thing possible by copying and pasting the CHRO's statements as fact. She is nothing but a mouthpiece for AK and the last person standing after they fired everyone in Marketing, Communications, and HR. There is literally no one else interviewed in that PR piece. The beatings will continue until morale improves. Everyone knows the company is tracking all the feedback and data and that none of it is anonymous. Of course employee satisfaction is "high." Look at who the quotes are coming from, how they solicit that "feedback" and who's giving it. It's like polling. You find out what people who have the time and the inclination to talk to someone who cold calls them think about something, which tells you nothing about what people actually think. What a joke the company has become under ridiculous, unserious leadership.
