just more puffery about the IBM Z mainframe development and AK and his professional thugs in the corner office. Let's see IBM's Q2 2024 results and learn more...or is it less ?
I would be remiss if I did not point out that "Watson Code Assistant For Z" is the undisputed champion of both Dubious and Vaporware AI. The two words in the OP title deserve to be linked more tightly and Watson Code Assistant is just the vehicle for doing that. It's horrible and does not do what IBM says it does. But IBM says that it has millions and millions of dollars of back ordered interest....if only there was some concrete piece of technology to fill the orders.
It's now getting on about a year since they first slightly pulled back the curtain. That definitely did elicit some customer interest. But a year later, this is still Dubious Vaporware.
