How can a store operate effectively if it only receives hours based on traffic? It becomes extremely challenging to accomplish tasks such as unloading trucks, organizing merchandise, setting up sales displays, and rearranging the store layout without allocating sufficient hours for these areas. It seems evident that the individuals responsible for scheduling store hours lack a deep understanding of the day-to-day operations in a store. It is crucial for regional management to align themselves with the reality of the situation and acknowledge that without adequate hours, these tasks cannot be completed. Otherwise, stores may have no choice but to reject incoming trucks due to the inability to process them.
