Are there going to be August layoffs? I am trying to find a new role, though its been tough in my current BU. Can others share perspectives?

Eliminate JD and all his jokers like MM, DS. While Arista continues to work in Meta and MSFT DC, Cisco AI networking works in PowerPoint mode.
Eliminate 5 layers of middle management and “most” problems would be solved. Cisco has become a toxic place to work because of middle layers that do nothing and tell others how to do their work. Insane!!!

My BU has scheduled an all-hands for the afternoon the day after the earnings call. You know it's not a coincidence.
I can't imagine there are layoffs so soon after this cruel July 17th layoff :P

I am a manager in SBG. Yes layoffs are coming very soon
30% Directors and Sr. Directors have less than 5 direct or no reports and NO work
If Cisco lays off this line then VPs and SVP will come under same situation. It is a chain of interconnected thugs :)

If you can live with the madness stay but no way in he ll would I stay if I had a family to raise or some expensive responsibilities.
