Be honest. What are the chances this place will still exist five years from now? In my personal opinion, very slim.

Xerox will not sell because there is nothing left to sell…
By end of 2025 Xerox will sell. All employees are at risk of being laid off.
Better future working for Jack-in-the Box
I have spoken to some coworkers who were told to start knowledge transfer to TCS/India. If the is any future for Xerox it will be off shore. Very cheap employees but very cheap work results. It has been said on this forum several times...Xerox is simply letting systems knowledge walk out the door...or pushing them out the door. Been happening for years and it will only get worse. As one said to me...just imagine what it will be like next year. There will be no recovery for Xerox. What a sad state...management is clueless.
There is no hope because nobody is making any changes. Reinvention is BS. Earnings out shortly. Listen to Steve talk to the street and let us know if you hear anything credible. When I look at the math I do not see decades. This is not a case of an annuity that has to go to zero. Significant obligations need to be met in the next couple of years and the revenue decline HAS been accelerating. Not one person I work with is planning to be with us for more than another 6 months or so. SLT all acting like they have one foot out the door too. Zero accountability.
If you do the math, at current rate of decline of revenue YOY it will can be around a few decades more. That being said: - if the revenue decline accelerates or the profit model changes significantly, it will bankrupt much quicker AND in the meantime they will continue to cut cut cut cut cut.
The leadership’s current mandate is to fleece the company and CUT costs to show profit until the bitter end.
Question should be : Do you want to be part of that?
